Job Description
Coordinating with Accounts Dept. for raising the Sales Invoice along with Form SDF, ExportValue Declaration, ARE-1, ? Certificate, Commercial Invoice, Packing List etc.
Coordinating with factory (Logistic Dept.) for dispatch of material.
Liaison with Shipping Agents (Freight Forwarders) for Mr.
Delhi ExportInspection Agency and Chamber of Commerce for Certificate of Origin and Yearly Inspection.
Insurance Cover Policy for CIF Documents.
Arranging LANDING CERTIFICATES for every export shipment.
Follow up for Export- Incentive & MEIS Benefit.
Advance License.
Handling Letter Of Credit (LC's) shipment.
Preparing LC documents and submitting them to bank for Endorsement and Payment Negotiation with the L/C issuing bank.
Maintaining records of every shipment.
