Job Description

• 
  Maintain strong lines of communication with Exporters& CHA


• 
  Preparing documents for all modes of transportation (e.g. Master and House Ocean bills of lading.)


• 
  Taking care of pricing, rate negotiation etc.


• 
  To ensure minimum amendment on HBL/MBL after sailing.


• 
  Maintain Exports Data


• 
  Preparing & sending PRE ALERT of Export shipment to overseas.


• 
  Maintain relations at the senior level with Exporters, custom clearance and other freight forwarders for future for collaboration.


• 
  Negotiate the buying rates for sea freight import


• 
  Work closely with sales and finance team to ensure collection are completed on a timely basis


• 
  Ensure invoices are raised accurately and on timely basis


• 
  Maintain strong lines of communication with overseas agents.
