Preparing pre shipment Export documents for Shipping & Clearance
Coordinating and follow up with CHA and transporter for the consignment to ship on
time.
Taking quotation and finalizing CHA and other inspecting agency as and when required.
Checking and finalizing checklist for timely filing of shipping bill.
Coordinating and planning the shipment with marketing and dispatch team.
Tracking and sharing the consignment status to customer along with shipment
documents.
Preparing post shipment documents for lodging and closing with Bank / EDPMS.
Maintaining ledgers of export customers.
Preparing and processing DGFT documentation for Advance, EPCG License and other
Licenses applications to closer of licenses.
