Job Description

Review and approve import and export documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations and budgetary restrictions

• Develop and implement compliant processes and procedures for all import/export activities

• Manage all applicable international trade agreement programs, such as NAFTA

• Manage the database of the country of origin

• Confer with external counsel to resolve any compliance violations or issues which occur

• Supervise all employees involved in the export and import of goods; in order to ensure they are compliant with government imposed regulations
